User data deletion

You can permanently delete your MintShorts account and associated data at any time. Sign in, open Dashboard → Settings, select Delete account, and confirm with your account email.

Deletion stops scheduled publishing, attempts to revoke every connected YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram authorization, removes stored OAuth tokens and connected-account details, deletes generated media and user-owned records, and closes the MintShorts authentication account. Existing posts on third-party platforms are not deleted and must be managed there.

You can remove only an Instagram connection from Dashboard → Settings → Instagram → Disconnect. If you request deletion from Instagram or Meta, Meta sends MintShorts a signed deletion request and the associated Instagram connection and publishing metadata are removed automatically.

If you cannot sign in, email cs@xrdivision.com from the address used for your MintShorts account. We may verify your identity. Verified requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days, except for records that must be retained by law.
