mintshorts.ai is a platform that automatically creates and posts short-form videos. Videos are generated with artificial intelligence based on the topics, niches, and settings you configure, and can optionally be posted to social media accounts you connect.

2. Your Content and Usage Rights

You own the videos generated for your account and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the third-party platforms you publish them to. You are responsible for the topics and prompts you provide and must not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the policies of the platforms you post to. We may suspend accounts used to generate such content.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

The Service is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their first purchase by contacting support.

4. Connected Platforms and YouTube

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize mintshorts.ai to perform the actions you configure on your behalf. For YouTube, this can include identifying the connected channel and uploading generated videos with your selected visibility and audience designation. Your use of YouTube through the Service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. You can disconnect YouTube at any time from dashboard settings or revoke access through Google Account permissions at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Disconnecting the Service does not delete videos already stored on YouTube.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, payment information, and tokens for social media accounts you choose to connect, as necessary to provide the Service. 6. Non-Personal Data Collection

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AI-generated content may occasionally fail to generate or be delayed.
